This email is a heads up on project expectations.
Please note that time is certainly a constraint on projects. However, I always opt out of quick fix solutions. I prefer more durable, flexible longer term solutions, though it takes a little more time. For example, though it is easier to utilize tools such as WordPress, Google sites for the revamp site, I would prefer the traditional HTML, CSS, JS route for the website.
I would like to reiterate again that the website needs to be responsive with grids and works across devices with all relevant bells and whistles.
When it comes to content, though some of the content is context dependent and might be difficult to understand, I would prefer your proactive approach to looking through the content to optimize font, colors and other features.
Please note website development in itself is not a big deal. Just like our company is trying to transform from extensive third-party dependent company to a more self-reliant company, it is expected of you to develop products that showcases your maturity to transform yourselves to talented adults. For that matter, many third-graders can program and code apps nowadays. What experience and maturity (please note that this part depends on the individual and not solely based on age) can do is to transform the same product development into more complete products aligning with various needs.
